Hey guys/girls. Hope you can help. I’m trying to locate a country music dance mix by Travis Tritt & Lynyrd Skynyrd with Travis starting the mix with “dont ask me no questions & skynyrd finishing up the mix with “whats your name. We line danced to this mix at a club in Cincinnati about 15 years ago and I havent heard it since. Can anyone help me find a copy and give me a price.

Really enjoyed going over your website and feeding on all the valuable information for other dj’s out there like myself. Next weekend I’m going to be dj’ing for a 60th Birthday Celebration. I’ve never dj a country theme event so needed to get as much info on country music selection and line dancing music. I got a good selection of top country choices including some 60 70 80 country singer. but didn’t realize country music, unlike hip hop, kinda hard to mix or match beat well, just wanted to share that thanks for all your info, ps a playlist of older country song from 70 80 would be nice, have a awesome day.

You’re welcome Edwin. Right it’s very difficult to mix country songs and even rock songs. If this is the case then I usually don’t mix , just ‘switch’ tracks or throw some drop ins in between, you know more like a radio DJ . And try staying in the same harmonic notes between the songs. It’s an art and keep experimenting!
